These terms and conditions apply to all the products sold through our website www.slimytea.com. By purchasing any of our products, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.

www.slimytea.com is a website operated by Slim Y Herbal Life Private Limited. We are based in Kolkata, India, and our registered office is at House No. 1353, Sector-8, Faridabad, Haryana - 121006.

ORDERING AND DISPATCH

You can order products through our website or over the phone. After receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming your order, signifying our acceptance of your order.

Upon receiving payment, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your payment and the dispatch of your order. For wholesale orders, we often purchase on order to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Dispatch for such orders can take up to 3-5 working days, so we request advance notice when placing orders.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund your payment anytime before dispatch due to non-availability of the product or other reasons.

PRICES

All prices listed on our website are subject to change, but the changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.

The prices on our website include gst and not shipping costs, which will be added during checkout.

The prices of our products have been carefully computed and listed on our website. However, if the product you purchased has been incorrectly priced due to unintentional errors, we will notify you via email or phone before accepting your order for instructions. You will then have the option to cancel your order or pay the difference.

All payments should be made by credit or debit card before dispatch. We accept all major credit and debit cards. For wholesale deliveries within India, payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer within 15 days of delivery. Interest charges will incur for late payment.

DELIVERY

We strive to ship all retail orders received before 12 p.m. IST by the next working day. However, under exceptional circumstances, it can take up to 3 working days for order processing.

We aim to dispatch products within 24 hours of payment clearance and deliver all orders to customers residing in India within 5-7 working days, depending on your choice of shipment. In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it is back in stock.

We do not ship CTC Tea outside India, as the shipping cost outweighs the tea cost. If a customer wants CTC Tea shipped outside India, please contact us for a custom quote via email.

TORAGE CONDITIONS

To fully enjoy the long life of tea, please store it in airtight containers away from food smells, moisture, and heat. It should be stored in a cool and dry place. We do not recommend freezing as it can decrease the life of the tea.

VARIATIONS IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions whenever required due to changes in our policies, capabilities, or to comply with changes in laws and regulations.

You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you order products from us unless any change to these terms is required by law or governmental authority or if we notify you of the change to these terms and conditions before we send you the order confirmation.
